目的观察多西紫杉醇(艾素)联合小剂量顺铂(PDD)和持续静滴低剂量氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法全组35例患者中,贲门癌14例,胃体癌21例,应用艾素90mg/m~2,第1、8天;5-FU250mg/m~2持续24小时静滴,连用12天;PDD6mg/(m~2。d)静滴,连用5天,间隔2天,21天为1周期,平均用药3．06个周期。结果全组35例均可评价,获得CR 3例,PR 17例,PD 5例,有效率(CR+PR)为57．1%,肿瘤控制率(CR+PR+SD)为85．7%,中位TTP为9个月(1～32个月),中住生存时间13个月(2～35个月)。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐和粘膜。结论多西紫杉醇联合小剂量顺铂和持续静滴低剂量氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效较好,不良反应可以耐受,值得深入研究。
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of docetaxel combined with low-dose cisplatin (PDD) and continuous low-dose 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 35 patients with cardia cancer in 14 cases, 21 cases of gastric cancer, the application of bezoar 90mg / m ~ 2, first and eighth days; 5-FU250mg / m ~ 2 for 24 hours intravenously for 12 days ; PDD6mg / (m ~ 2.d) intravenous infusion, once every 5 days, interval 2 days, 21 days for a cycle, the average medication 3.06 cycles. Results All the 35 cases were evaluated. Among them, 3 cases were CR, 17 cases were PR and 5 cases were PD. The effective rate (CR + PR) was 57.1% and the tumor control rate (CR + PR + SD) was 85.7% , Median TTP was 9 months (1 to 32 months), and median survival was 13 months (2 to 35 months). The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting and mucosal disease. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with low-dose cisplatin and continuous intravenous infusion of low-dose fluorouracil in advanced gastric cancer patients with better efficacy, adverse reactions can be tolerated, it is worth further study.
