借助AE技术计算裂纹严重程度的方法用于火箭发动机壳体的爆破试验,是为了计算发动机壳体在液压试验时的结构牢固性。在AE信号中观察到三个高活度区域,其中二个是断裂起始点。目前试验中所应用的计算方法可以在断裂前很好地预料断裂特性。
The method of calculating the severity of a crack using the AE technique is used for the burst test of the rocket engine case to calculate the structural robustness of the engine case during the hydraulic test. Three high-activity regions were observed in the AE signal, two of which were fracture initiation points. The calculations used in the current tests allow good prediction of fracture characteristics before fracture.
