从海南假韶子茎皮正丁醇提取浸膏中经重结晶得到一个单晶,利用现代波谱法和X射线衍射法对其进行结构解析,确定该晶体化合物为(R)-2,5-二氧-4-咪唑烷基-氨基甲酸。该化合物为无色晶体,属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,Z=4,晶胞参数a=7.9723(2),b=5.14070(10),c=14.6945(3),β=92.771(3)°,Vc=601.52(2)3,Dc=1.757Mg/m3,M=159.11。经最小二乘法修正,最终偏离因子R=0.0664,wR=0.1805。在每个晶胞中含有4个分子间氢键。
A single crystal was recrystallized from the n-butanol extraction extract of bark of Hainan false scorpum and analyzed by modern spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction to determine the crystal compound as (R)-2,5- Dioxo-4-imidazolidinyl-carbamic acid. This compound is a colorless crystal, monoclinic, P21/c space group, Z=4, unit cell parameter a=7.9723 (2), b=5.14070 (10), c=14.6945 (3) , β= 92.771(3)°, Vc=601.52(2)3, Dc=1.757 Mg/m3, M=159.11. After the least squares correction, the final deviation factor is R=0.0664 and wR=0.1805. There are 4 intermolecular hydrogen bonds in each unit cell.
