以G市Z江的自来水有机提取物为样品,在诱导人胚肺细胞恶性转化基础上,于转化过程中及结束时分别测定了P53蛋白的表达情况,以探讨恶性转化的分子机理,结果表明:水样在实验剂量范围内可不同程度地诱导细胞恶性转化灶的形成,并有一定的细胞毒性;染毒15天细胞还未形成转化灶前和染毒30天已形成转化灶后细胞核中均出现了P53蛋白的高表达。提示:P53蛋白的改变很可能与细胞的恶性转化有一定的关系,并在细胞恶性转化过程中起一定的作用。
Taking the tap water organic extracts of Z River in G city as samples, the expression of P53 protein was determined during and after the induction of malignant transformation of human embryonic lung cells to explore the molecular mechanism of malignant transformation. The results showed that : The water sample induced the formation of malignant foci in the experimental dose range to some extent and had certain cytotoxicity. Before the foci were cultured for 15 days, the foci were formed before the foci and 30 days after the foci had formed P53 protein appeared high expression. Tip: P53 protein changes are likely to have a certain relationship with the malignant transformation of cells, and play a role in the malignant transformation of cells.
