法莫替丁(Famotidine,以下简称FMT)是一种结构与甲氰咪胍和呋喃硝胺相似的新的组胺H_2-受体拮抗剂,其化学名是3-[[[2-[(二氨基亚甲基)氨基]-4-噻唑基]甲基]硫代]-N~2-氨硫丙酰眯。该药用于胃和十二指肠溃疡急性期以及预防十二指肠溃疡复发,效果显著,副作用少,因而被认为是一种较理想的抗消化性溃疡新药。最近,上海第六制药厂在国内首先合成了FMT和异晶形FMT(以下简称IFMT)。IFMT的生产工艺简单,成本低。本文报告IFMT的抗大鼠实验性胃溃疡作用,并将IFMT和FMT的抗胃溃疡作用进行比较。
Famotidine (hereinafter referred to as FMT) is a new histamine H 2 -receptor antagonist whose structure is similar to that of cimetidine and furanitamine. Its chemical name is 3 - [[[2 - [( Diaminomethylene) amino] -4-thiazolyl] methyl] thio] -N ~ 2-aminothiopropionamide narrow. The medicine is used for the acute phase of gastric and duodenal ulcer and prevent the recurrence of duodenal ulcer, the effect is significant and the side effects are few, so it is considered as a new ideal anti-peptic ulcer drug. Recently, Shanghai No. 6 Pharmaceutical Factory first synthesized FMT and amorphous FMT (hereinafter referred to as IFMT) in China. IFMT production process is simple, low cost. This article reports IFMT’s effect on experimental gastric ulcer in rats and compares the anti-gastric ulcer effect of IFMT and FMT.
