下肢截肢者一方面面临着下肢缺失引起的循环动态的变化和身体活动量减少、体力降低的变化;另一方面,病人利用假肢步行时能量消耗明显增加。因此,这类病人进行日常的、持久的运动和进行体育活动对提高假肢步行能力有很大价值。 资料与方法 5名进行假肢步行训练的双下肢截肢住院病人参加本实验,全部男性,年龄16~58岁(平均年龄35.2岁)。从截肢到入院时间为6~13周(平均10周),均无安装假肢史。所有病人在入院后安
On the one hand, amputees of the lower extremities are confronted with the changes of circulatory dynamics caused by the absence of the lower extremities and the decrease of their physical activity and physical exertion. On the other hand, the patients’ energy expenditure during the walk with the artificial limbs obviously increases. Therefore, such patients for routine, long-lasting exercise and physical activity to improve the ability to walk prosthetic great value. MATERIALS AND METHODS Five patients with amputation of lower extremities in prosthetic walking training were enrolled in this study. All men, aged 16-58 years (mean age 35.2 years).
