传统企业竞争模型就是市场价格竞争机制,在这个模型中价格是企业竞争的唯一维度。而现代经济学家对于竞争提出了不同的看法,这些不同看法的最大共同点就是认为公正的产权市场、自由的资金市场、开放的劳动力市场等伦理规范都构成企业竞争力的维度。本文论证了企业的伦理行动也是一种竞争力,在这种条件下,原本的企业竞争模型必须进行适当的修正。
The traditional business competition model is the market price competition mechanism, in which the price is the only dimension of competition in the enterprise. However, modern economists put forward different opinions on competition. The biggest common point of these different views is that the fairness of property rights market, free capital market and open labor market all constitute the dimensions of the competitiveness of enterprises. This article argues that the ethical actions of enterprises are also a kind of competitiveness. Under such conditions, the original model of enterprise competition must be properly amended.
