选用健康成年昆明种小白鼠150 只,雌雄各半,设利脑康高、中、低三个剂量组,空白对照组和脑复康阳性对照组共5 组,药效学研究结果显示,利脑康高剂量组能明显延长全脑缺血的存活时间(12.1±4.6vs 对照4.3±2.9m in,P< 0.01);高、中剂量组均能提高小鼠抗疲劳的能力(15.1±4.1,11.2±3.1vs 对照7.4±3.5m in,P< 0.01,P< 0.05);还有明显促进睡眠的作用(中剂量组,P= 0.007;高剂量组,P= 0.002)。以上实验结果为本品的临床应用提供了药理学依据。
