小鼠i．p．氟哌啶醇2mg/kg后，出现僵住症，东莨胆硷可拮抗。i.p.20mg/kg后出现震颤、行动过缓、强直。上述表现是帕金森氏病的典型症状。实验结果表明，用氟哌啶醇制作帕金森氏病模型是简易可靠的。
