选用6个种间杂交种质系和4个陆地棉常规品种,按6×4不完全双列杂交设计,对24个组合的F_1进行了双列分析。结果表明,在所研究的8个性状中,衣分主要受加性基因控制;单株铃数、皮棉产量和纤维强度主要受非加性基因控制;主体长度和断裂长度由加性和非加性基因共同控制;而单铃重和纤维细度受环境影响较大。陆海野1、中棉所12和中棉所17是综合性状较理想的亲本材料,陆海野1×中棉所17是双亲GCA和组合SCA均高的高产组合,陆海野1×冀棉17是SCA高的优质组合。
A total of 6 interspecific hybrid germplasm lines and 4 conventional upland cotton cultivars were selected. Based on 6 × 4 incomplete diallel crosses, F_1 of 24 combinations were double-digested. The results showed that among the eight traits studied, the lint percentage was mainly controlled by the additive gene. The number of bolls per plant, lint yield and fiber strength were mainly controlled by non-additive genes. The length of the main body and the length of the rupture were controlled by additive and non- Sex genes common control; and boll weight and fineness of the fiber is greatly affected by the environment. Lu Haiye 1, Zhongmiansuo 12 and Zhongmiansuo 17 are the ideal parents for comprehensive characters. Luhai 2 × 1, Zhongmiansuo 17 is a high-yielding combination of both GCA and SCA. Luhai wild 1 × Jimian 17 SCA high quality combination.
