常规教育一方面要促进幼儿向着社会所期望的方向发展;另一方面,又要考虑每个成员的个性特征和个性品质,为他们的发展创造条件以充分发挥主动性和积极性。在实际的常规教育中,依然严重的存在着幼儿的主体性被限制,灌输教育横行等问题。因此,研究常规教育中尚存在的问题,分析产生问题的原因,以及寻找解决问题的对策,对幼儿园常规教育具有现实意义,有助于提高幼儿园的常规教育水平。一、当前幼儿园常规教育存在的主要问题
