矽钢板作为特种变压器的磁芯原料,剪切精度要求严格,出现较大误差将无法装配。故矽钢板剪切是电力变压器生产的关键工艺。运用台达伺服控制技术,台达ES2系列PLC作为主控单元,与B2系列伺服电机、伺服驱动器组成全闭环控制系统,实现了定尺剪切。解决了全闭环时随动误差增大与反向振动等问题,满足了提高精度、速度的要求,在生产实践中取得了预期效果。
Silicon steel plate as a special transformer core material, cutting precision demanding, there will be a larger error will not be assembled. Therefore, silicon steel cutting is the key power transformer production process. Using Delta servo control technology, Delta ES2 series PLC as the main control unit, and B2 series servo motors, servo drives form a fully closed loop control system, to achieve a length cut. Which solves the problems of increased follow-up error and reverse vibration in full-closed loop, meets the requirements of improving accuracy and speed, and achieves the expected result in production practice.
