苦海—赛什塘地区变质基性岩墙群由低角闪岩相的斜长角闪岩类岩石组成,成岩年龄为2.213±0.1Ga(Sm—Nd)。其岩石化学、地球化学特征表明岩浆来自亏损的地幔,并显示出这一地区克拉通在古元古代中期发生了一次强烈的裂解事件,形成初始洋盆的古构造背景。
The metamorphic basement dykes from the Seawhat-Seishitan area consist of amphibolite-type amphibolite rocks with a diagenetic age of 2.213 ± 0.1Ga (Sm-Nd). Its petrochemical and geochemical characteristics indicate that the magma came from a depleted mantle and showed that a strong cracking event took place in the middle of the Palaeo-Proterozoic in this area, forming an ancient tectonic setting of the ocean basin.
