《天才苗圃》工作室的两位老师姚晓嫣与朱立群认为:爱玩是每一个少年儿童的天性,天性可顺不可逆;创造性是人类给予每个个体的天赋遗传,天赋宜扬不宜抑,科学的现代教育理应在顺应少年儿童天性的同时催化他们的创造天赋,这是一个处于边缘而被忽略的重要课题。教育必须善待每一颗“创造天赋”的种子并创造最高的发芽率,只有这样,才能在将来获得“创造性人才”的好收成。在这样的理念指导下,他们三年多来对五千余人次进行了“设计与世界”青少年创造力开发的训练实验,实验用经过设计
