含手性配位体的铜氢化合物在非对称还原反应中是1种重要的催化剂。为了进一步确定该铜催化体系对α,β-不饱和酯化合物适用范围,筛选配体,优化反应条件,进行了环外烯烃的烯烃还原反应,结果表明含手性配位体的铜氢催化体系能令α,β-不饱和酯的环外碳碳双键非对称还原反应得到较高的产率,对映体的产率可提高至95%,对映体过量值可提高至89%。
Copper-hydrogen compounds containing chiral ligands are an important catalyst in the asymmetric reduction reaction. In order to further determine the scope of application of the copper catalyst system to α, β-unsaturated ester compounds, screening the ligands and optimizing the reaction conditions, the alkene reduction reaction of cycloolefin was carried out. The results show that the copper-hydrogen catalyst system containing chiral ligands The asymmetric reduction of the exocyclic carbon-carbon double bond of α, β-unsaturated ester can be obtained in higher yield. The enantiomeric yield can be increased to 95% and the enantiomeric excess can be increased to 89%.
