An energy-efficient fluorescent lighting system has been developed by Japan’s Toshiba Electric Equipment Company (TEEC). The system consists of newly developed fluorescent lamps, electronic ballasts and dimmers. Multiple experiments show that the total system efficiency up to 100lm / w, 30% higher than the existing system, significant energy saving, and can achieve continuous dimming, ideal for offices, shops and factories.
