本院收治1例甲状腺滤泡型腺癌术后,伴椎管及颅内转移,经手术切除椎管内病变,加用甲状腺素片治疗,抑制颅内病灶,使大部份神经功能恢复。现报告如下:患者钱××,男,49岁,住院号35634。主诉颈部肿块切除术后4年、两下肢麻木伴腰痛1年,两下肢不能动、不能自行排尿1月,于1984年5月23日入院。患者因颈部肿块于1980年3月经病检证实为甲状腺腺 In this hospital, one case of thyroid follicular adenocarcinoma was treated with spinal canal and intracranial metastases. After surgical removal of spinal lesions, thyroxine tablets were added to treat intracranial lesions and most of the nerve function was restored. After complaining of neck mass resection for 4 years, lower extremity numbness with low back pain for 1 year, both lower limbs were unable to move and could not urinate on their own for 1 month. They were admitted to hospital on May 23, 1984. The patient was diagnosed as a thyroid gland by pathological examination in March 1980 because of a neck mass.
