In the eyes of the 273 brigade and staff of East China Bureau of Nuclear Industry, chief captain and party secretary Gao Han is a hero. Speak from 1988. That year, 262 batches of the East China Geological Administration of Nuclear Industry in Ningdu, Jiangxi Province, were ordered to transfer 200 troops from three units to establish a system of gold mining in Qixia, Shandong Province. Most of the workers are southerners, all of them middle-aged, old and old, small and displaced, coupled with poor conditions, unacceptable lives, disorderly production and unstable human feelings. Gao Hancai, then deputy commander and chief commander of the production headquarters in Qixia, earnestly talked with middle-level cadres and key personnel to find ways to solve the practical difficulties in production and in life. Several workers came to complain, to the brigade leadership residence to see: less than 16 square meters of room, put five single beds, the bed is the desk, no running water, no TV, conditions worse than the workers. Everyone did not say anything. A few people turned back to the detachment, holding back a piece of hair trying to make a appearance.
