在完成了新中国的首届修志后,各级地方志机构随之面临的是“用志”与“续志”的任务。我们认为要完成好这两项任务,首先应抓好“用志”,为“续修”作好宣传和资料积累等方面准备工作,转入“续修”自然就会水到渠成了。下面是笔者在这方面的一些粗浅见解。 After the completion of the first revision of the new China, the local chronicles institutions at all levels are subsequently confronted with the tasks of “using the journal” and “renewing the journalism.” We think that in order to accomplish these two tasks well, we should first of all do a good job of preparing for propaganda and accumulation of information for the purpose of “renewing our minds”. If we turn ourselves into “renewals”, we will naturally come to a conclusion. The following is the author in this area some superficial insights.
