高等师范院校(以下简称“高师”)图书馆属大学图书馆系统,其藏书建设必然具有大学图书馆藏书建设的特点——藏书的教育性、学术性及专业性。但由于高师图书馆是为培养合格的师资——育人型人才服务,必然又有区别于非高师图书馆藏书建设的特点。从高师教育角度分析高师图书馆的作用,探讨其藏书建设的特点及特征.必将有助于研究高师图书馆藏书体系和藏书结构。一、高师图书馆藏书建设的师范性特点高师教育是面向世界、面向未来、面向四化建设,为我国的社会主义建设培养德、智、体、美全面发展的有理想、有道德、有知识、有纪律的中等学校师资——育人型人才的基地。社会主义社会的人民教师,应具备的最基本的素质是:有渊博的知识,掌握教育科学,懂得教育规律,具有高尚的道德品质和崇高的精神境界。
The higher normal colleges (hereinafter referred to as “normal colleges”) belong to the university library system.
