目前,在各高校的教学管理体制下,外籍教师教学中存在的很多问题无法得到及时有效解决,而且中外教师的教学又很少交叉,没有实现教学资源的有效整合和合理利用,极大地影响教学质量和教学效果。针对这种现状,本文通过讨论合作教学的理论基础群体动力理论,对外籍教师与中国教师开展合作教学的优势进行了分析,并对如何开展合作教学提出了建设性意见。
At present, under the teaching management system of colleges and universities, many problems existing in the teaching of foreign teachers can not be solved effectively in time. Moreover, the teaching of Chinese and foreign teachers seldom crosses each other, the effective integration and rational utilization of teaching resources are not realized, which greatly affects teaching Quality and teaching effectiveness. In view of this situation, this article analyzes the advantages of foreign teachers and Chinese teachers in cooperative teaching by discussing the theoretical foundation of group dynamics theory of cooperative teaching, and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to carry out cooperative teaching.
