In translating, the translator has the responsibility to understand the meaning of the full text and then translate the expression correctly and reasonably, and give the necessary annotation according to the differences of Chinese culture. When five notes are sampled from 9 translations of Jane Eyre, not only can the importance and necessity of translation annotations be revealed, but also that the quality of annotations is closely linked with the translator’s knowledge and responsibility, Revealed the issue of plagiarism. Therefore, both translators and publishers should pay attention to the quality of their own copyrights and translations.
