[Objective] To investigate the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25- (OH) vitamin D) and cancer-induced fatigue (CRF) and the related symptoms and influencing factors of CRF. [Methods] The symptoms of patients were assessed by ESAS to evaluate the expression of 25 (OH) -vitamin D, leucocyte, hemoglobin, albumin and creatinine in 56 patients with gastric cancer. [Results] The incidence of cancer-related fatigue in 56 patients with gastric cancer was 82.16%, of which mild fatigue was 31.25%, moderate fatigue was 43.16% and severe fatigue was 7.75%. 25 (OH) -vitamin D, leucocytes, hemoglobin, albumin, creatinine and cancer-related fatigue. [Conclusion] 25 (OH) -vitamin D is associated with cancer-induced fatigue in patients with gastric cancer and may be one of the mechanisms of CRF. To improve patients with anemia, leukopenia and hypoproteinemia can reduce cancer-induced fatigue and increase Quality of life of patients.
