为克服端出料加热炉结构上的缺点,试验了无闲区端出料轧钢加热炉。由于消除了旧炉结构中的“死闲区”,解决了由于炉门吸入大量冷空气而造成的严重缺点,减少了烧损,提高了加热质量,可节约燃料27.5%左右。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the structural structure of the end discharge heating furnace, the discharge furnace with no discharge end was tested. Due to the elimination of the “furnace free zone” in the old furnace structure, the serious shortcomings caused by the large amount of cold air inhaled by the furnace door are solved, the burning loss is reduced and the heating quality is improved, which can save fuel by about 27.5%.
