为了提高复合材料层合板铺层的设计效率,构建了复合材料层合板铺层优化专家系统的框架结构和流程,研究了目标函数库、局部寻优算子库以及层合板铺层规则库的结构与组成,在此基础上开发了基于知识库的复合材料层合板铺层优化专家系统。该系统可根据用户的设计要求,选择相应的目标函数、材料、铺层规则和局部寻优算子等条件,然后对算法参数、受载以及层合板参数进行初始化,可推理优化得出相应层合板的铺层顺序。算例结果表明,该专家系统在复合材料层合板铺层优化上可以得到很好的应用。
In order to improve the design efficiency of composite laminates, the frame structure and flow of composite laminates optimization expert system are established. The structure of objective function library, local optimization operator library and the rule library of laminate laminates are studied. Based on this, an expert system based on knowledge base is developed for laminate optimization of composite laminates. The system can select the corresponding objective function, material, laying rules and local optimization operator according to the user’s design requirements. Then, the parameters of the algorithm, the loading and the parameters of the laminate are initialized, and the corresponding layer Plywood layup order. The results show that the expert system can be well applied in the optimization of composite laminates.
