以电力设计企业为主题,探讨基于能力提升的电力设计企业员工培训体系问题,首先结合企业培训工作现状及存在问题进行分析,其次对基于能力提升的培训体系构建进行了简要阐述,主要从员工能力模型的构建思路、培训资源体系建设、培训激励考核机制等方面展开具体论述。希望通过分析,为电力设计企业培训体系构建的理论研究工作,提供有价值的信息,为加快企业人才培养,提升企业核心竞争力提供参考。
With the theme of electric power design enterprise, this paper discusses the problem of employee training system in power design enterprise based on capacity improvement. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of enterprise training work. Secondly, it briefly describes the construction of training system based on capacity improvement, The construction of the model, the construction of training resources system, the training and incentive assessment mechanism and so on. It is hoped that through the analysis, it can provide valuable information for the theory research of electric power design enterprise training system construction and provide reference for speeding up talents training and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
