目的 评价螺旋CT双期增强扫描在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 螺旋CT双期增强扫描胰腺癌 2 7例 ,先平扫 ,再以 3ml/s速度团注对比剂 15 0ml,分别行动脉期 (注射后 2 5s)和门脉期 (注射后 6 0~ 70s)扫描。并测量各扫描期肿瘤和正常胰腺组织的CT值 ,计算出肿瘤 胰腺密度差。结果 肿瘤的平均CT值在动脉期和门脉期分别是48± 8HU、72± 6HU ,正常胰腺组织的CT值是 12 5± 18HU、98± 11HU ,肿瘤 胰腺密度差为 73± 2 1HU、2 5±12HU ,二者之间有显著差别。结论 动脉期可得到最大的肿瘤 胰腺密度差值 ,对胰腺癌的诊断有重要的参考价值
Objective To evaluate the value of dual-phase spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods Twenty-seven patients with pancreatic cancer underwent double-phase helical CT scanning. The patients were pre-contrast-enhanced and then bolused with 3 ml/s of 150 ml of contrast medium for arterial phase (25s after injection) and portal vein (60 to 60 days after injection). 70s) scanning. The CT values of tumors and normal pancreatic tissues at each scan period were measured and the difference in tumor pancreas density was calculated. Results The average CT values of the tumors were 48±8 HU and 72±6 HU in the arterial phase and portal vein, respectively. The CT values of normal pancreatic tissue were 12 5±18 HU and 98±11 HU. The difference in tumor pancreas density was 73± 2 1 HU. 5±12HU, there are significant differences between the two. Conclusion The largest difference in pancreatic density between the arterial phase and the pancreas is important for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
