报道了W-Mn/SiO_2混浆催化剂分别在0.2和30ml固定床进行1000和500h的稳定性试验结果,并用XRD、FT-IR和BET方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的CH_4氧化偶联制C_2烃的催化活性和稳定性。结构测试表明,在500h反应后,该催化剂中结晶形式的Na)2WO_4和Mn_2O_3均已消失,α-方石英已完全转变为α-鳞石英和α-SiO_2石英。但催化剂的这种结构变化尚未对生成C_2烃的收率和选择性产生明显影响。
The results of the stability test of W-Mn / SiO 2 mixed catalysts on 0.2 and 30 ml fixed beds for 1000 and 500 h were reported. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and BET. The results show that the catalyst has good catalytic activity and stability of C_2 hydrocarbon coupled with CH_4. Structural tests show that after 500h reaction, the crystalline forms of Na 2 WO 4 and Mn 2 O 3 in the catalyst have disappeared and α-cristobalite has completely transformed into α-trisene and α-SiO 2 quartz. However, this structural change in the catalyst has not significantly affected the yield and selectivity of C 2 hydrocarbons.
