目的通过抽样调查和检测分析一定数量的市售自制饮料样品,了解天津市市售自制饮料中6种不同人工合成色素的添加使用情况,为加强食品监管提供科学有力的依据并保障消费者的身体健康。方法按照标准,采用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测法进行检测,并对结果进行分析整理和总结。结果所检的76份样品中合成色素的检出率为35.5%(27/76),其中柠檬黄的检出率最高,为22.4%(17/76),赤藓红的检出率最低,为0.0%,重叠使用2种及2种以上色素的样品占总数的17.1%(13/76)。结论通过调查和分析判断,此次抽检的天津市市售自制饮料中6种不同人工合成色素的添加合格率达到100.0%,但是样品中人工合成色素的检出率较高,建议市场监督管理和其他有关部门继续保持,并加强卫生监督监测和健康教育的力度,确保食品安全,保障消费者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the addition and usage of 6 different artificial synthetic pigments in the homemade beverages sold on the market in Tianjin by sampling and testing a certain number of commercially available samples of homemade drinks to provide a scientific and effective basis for strengthening food regulation and to protect the consumers’ bodies health. Methods According to the standard, the detection was performed by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection, and the results were analyzed and summarized. Results The detection rate of synthetic pigment in 76 samples was 35.5% (27/76). Among them, the detection rate of lemon yellow was the highest (22.4% (17/76)), the detection rate of erythrosine was the lowest Was 0.0%, and the samples in which two kinds of pigments and two kinds of pigments overlapped each other accounted for 17.1% (13/76) of the total number. Conclusion According to the investigation and analysis, the qualified rate of six kinds of artificial synthetic pigments in the self-made beverages in Tianjin is 100.0%. However, the detection rate of artificial synthetic pigments in the samples is high, and it is suggested that the market supervision and management and Other relevant departments continue to maintain and strengthen health supervision and monitoring and health education to ensure food safety and protect consumers’ health.
