考察了在负载铜的NiHM催化剂上正戊烷异构化的催化活性及焙烧条件、还原条件对Ni/CuHM催化性能的影响。试验在反应压力20MPa,质量空速10h-1,n(H2)/n(nC5)为30,反应温度260~300℃的条件下进行。试验结果表明,焙烧温度和还原温度在400℃时,Ni/CuHM具有优良的正戊烷异构化催化活性,正戊烷转化率达6670%,异戊烷产率达6055%,异戊烷选择性为9078%。
The catalytic activities of n-pentane isomerization on calcined NiHM catalyst and the effects of calcination conditions and reduction conditions on the catalytic performance of Ni / CuHM were investigated. The experiment was carried out under the conditions of reaction pressure 20MPa, mass space velocity 10h-1, n (H2) / n (nC5) 30 and reaction temperature 260 ~ 300 ℃. The experimental results show that Ni / CuHM has excellent n-pentane isomerization catalytic activity at the calcination temperature and reduction temperature of 400 ℃, the conversion of n-pentane reaches 6670% and the isopentane yield reaches 6055% , Isopentane selectivity of 90 78%.
