安妥明是最常用的降血脂药物之一,它能降低人和实验动物鼠等的血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯水平。但是安妥明治疗有时在人能产生肌肉综合征,表现为肌肉软弱无力和疼痛。近来有资料表明甲状腺激素参与肌肉蛋白质转换的调节。据此作者在大鼠进行了一系列实验,以探讨安妥明对肌肉蛋白质降解的影响是由于改变甲状腺激素的作用这一环节的可能性。 实验结果表明,给予安安明后,大鼠(30mg/100g体重/天×14天)血浆T_4,T_3及游离T_4指数
It is one of the most commonly used lipid-lowering drugs that reduces plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels in humans and laboratory animals. But clofibrate sometimes produces muscle syndrome in humans, manifested as muscle weakness and pain. Recent data indicate that thyroid hormones are involved in the regulation of muscle protein turnover. Accordingly, the authors conducted a series of experiments in rats to investigate the effect of clofibrate on muscle protein degradation due to the possibility of changing the role of thyroid hormone.
