本文分析了kenics型静态混合器的工作原理,分别以空气和水为实验介质,测定了静态混合器中的流动阻力,得出了单相流体流动摩擦系数f与雷诺数的关联式(测量范围Re=711──15477)──75477)以及气──液两相流体流动阻力的计算方法(适用范围:气相雷诺数ReG=711──4746,液相雷诺数ReD=1289──15477),和文献中所报道的结果基本相。文中还分析了静态混合元件对流动阻力的影响。
In this paper, the working principle of kenics type static mixer is analyzed. The flow resistance in static mixer is measured by using air and water respectively.
