笔者运用阶层回归分析的方法,以来自家电制造业的212份有效问卷为样本,检验了产品创新源泉和企业文化对产品创新绩效的影响。研究发现:(1)用户创新、供应商创新和竞争对手创新对产品创新绩效都达到了显著性水平;(2)从影响程度的角度看,供应商创新对产品创新绩效的影响最大,其次是竞争对手创新,影响程度最低的是用户创新;(3)创新型文化对产品创新绩效的影响达到显著性水平;(4)创新型文化在供应商创新与产品创新绩效的关系中起到调节作用,在竞争对手创新与产品创新绩效关系中的调节作用也达到了显著性水平。
Using the method of stratum regression analysis, the author uses 212 valid questionnaires from home appliance manufacturing industry as samples to test the impact of product innovation source and corporate culture on product innovation performance. The findings are as follows: (1) User innovation, supplier innovation and competitor innovation both reach significant levels of product innovation performance; (2) From the perspective of impact degree, supplier innovation has the greatest impact on product innovation performance, followed by (3) The impact of innovative culture on product innovation performance reaches significant level; (4) Innovative culture plays a regulatory role in the relationship between supplier innovation and product innovation performance , The regulatory role in the relationship between competitor innovation and product innovation performance has reached a significant level.
