目的:探讨卵巢囊性肿瘤的三维超声重建方法及其临床应用前景。方法:对20例卵巢囊性肿瘤进行二维超声及二维基础上的三维超声重建。结果:20例患者的重建图像均较满意,三维超声成像在卵巢囊性肿瘤中显示其立体形态和内部的分隔,乳头样突起及砂粒样等结构。结论:三维超声成像对卵巢囊性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了更加丰富的信息。
Objective: To investigate the three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction of ovarian cystic tumors and its clinical application. Methods: Twenty ovarian cystic tumors were reconstructed by two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound. Results: The reconstructed images of 20 patients were satisfactory. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging showed the three-dimensional ultrasound images showed the three-dimensional shape and internal segregation, papillary-like processes and grit-like structures in ovarian cystic tumors. Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging provides more abundant information for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cystic tumors.
