以槽式太阳集热器为研究对象,建立集热器的传热流动数学模型,通过Fluent模拟,研究其传热、流动性能,并对模拟结果进行实验对比验证,对比结果表明二者吻合较好。在此基础上,分析太阳直射辐射(DNI)、集热器入口流体温度及流速对集热器集热效率、流体温升及压损的影响规律,并对流经集热器传热流体的流速进行优化,从而为槽式太阳集热器的优化设计及运行提供参考依据。
Taking the trough solar collector as the research object, the heat transfer flow mathematical model of the collector was established. The heat transfer and flow properties of the collector were established by Fluent simulation. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The comparison shows that the two agree well it is good. On this basis, the influence of direct solar radiation (DNI), inlet fluid temperature and flow rate on collector heat collection efficiency, fluid temperature rise and pressure loss was analyzed, and the flow rate of heat transfer fluid flowing through the collector Optimize, so as to provide reference for the optimal design and operation of trough solar collectors.
