从三个单位引进小鼠肝癌H2 2 瘤株 ,昆明小鼠腹腔传代 ,制备瘤细胞 ,用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS -PAGE)和免疫组化法 ,比较研究小鼠肝癌H2 2 瘤株细胞蛋白质表达的异同。结果发现三单位H2 2 瘤株细胞的电泳条带数和染色强度不同 ,其中有五个条带染色强度差异明显 ,提示相应蛋白质含量有明显不同 ;免疫组化染色测定H2 2 瘤株细胞PDGF -A、TrkA、Gai、CDk2、NFκBp6 5蛋白表达 ,其中CDK2阳性率两两单位间无显著差异 ,Gai阳性率两两单位间均有差异显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,PDGF -A、TrkA、NFκBp6 5阳性率反应不一。可见三单位H2 2 瘤株细胞蛋白质组成明显不同
Tumor cells were prepared from three tumor-bearing H22 hepatoma cell lines in Kunming mice. The tumor cells were harvested and stained with SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and immunohistochemistry. Similarities and Differences of Plant Cell Protein Expression. The results showed that the number of bands and staining intensity were different in three H216 cell lines, of which five bands showed significant difference in staining intensity, suggesting that the protein content was significantly different. The expression of PDGF - A, TrkA, Gai, CDk2, NFκBp65 protein expression, CDK2 positive rate between two units showed no significant difference, Gai positive rate between two units were significantly different (p <0.01), PDGF-A, TrkA , NFκBp6 5 positive rate of different reactions.
