莲花水电站是我国在寒冷地区建设的一座大型水电站,枢纽由面板堆石坝、砂砾石二坝、岸坡式溢洪道和引水发电系统组成。施工过程中,采用大型钢模台车、滑升模板、扇形孔爆破等较先进的施工技术和工艺,加快了施工进度,大坝混凝土面板施工质量优良、裂缝数量少,蓄水后,经观测资料分析显示,大坝渗流量较小,坝体最大垂直沉降仅为13.39cm。实践证明,先进施工工艺和技术是确保工程质量和进度的重要手段
