对抽-鼓式U型辐射管加热装置进行了研究,主要研究了辐射管表面温度的均匀性及其影响因素。实验研究表明:当燃烧器结构一定时,调节一、二次进风量的配比,可辅助性的调节辐射管表面温度的均匀性。随着空气预热温度及炉膛温度的升高,同样能改善辐射管表面温度的均匀性。而辐射管内零压面的位置对辐射管表面温度分布的影响很小。
The pumping-drum U-shaped radiant tube heating device was studied, the main study of the radiation tube surface temperature uniformity and its influencing factors. Experimental studies show that: when the burner structure is constant, adjusting the ratio of the first and second inlet air volume may assist in adjusting the uniformity of the surface temperature of the radiant tube. With the air preheating temperature and the furnace temperature increases, the same can improve the uniformity of the surface temperature of the radiant tube. The position of the zero pressure surface in the radiant tube has little effect on the temperature distribution of the radiant tube surface.
