通过试验,确定了镶铸截齿的组织和性能相互影响规律,特别是冲击性能和耐磨性的关系.采用镶铸工艺,使硬质合金与截齿体产生熔合层,解决了硬质合金与截齿体间的联接问题.
Through the experiment, the rule of mutual influence between the microstructure and properties of the cutters was determined, especially the relationship between impact performance and wear resistance. Inlaying technology is adopted to make the cemented carbide and the cutter body produce a fusion layer, which solves the problem of the connection between the cemented carbide and the cutter body.
