钼精矿生产工艺和出口产品质量评价要求分析若干杂质元素,因此,准确快速测定杂质元素的含量,对提高钼精矿的质量和产量有重要作用。目前,国内现行的部颁标准钼精矿化学分析方法,己不能适应产品检验的技术要求,我们试用原子吸收法对钼精矿进行了铜、铅铁、锌、铋的测定试验,收到满意效果。本文对钼精矿中铜、铅、铁、锌、铋的测定酸度,共存元素干扰及其消除等条件作了试验和讨论,拟定了一个不经任何分离,直接和连续测定上述元素的快速方法,经实验证明,准确度和精密度均可满足钼精矿产品生产和外贸检验的要求。
The production of molybdenum concentrate and the evaluation of the quality of exported products require analysis of several impurity elements. Therefore, accurate and rapid determination of the content of impurity elements plays an important role in improving the quality and yield of molybdenum concentrate. At present, the current Ministry of Standards molybdenum concentrate chemical analysis methods, can not meet the technical requirements of product testing, we have tried the atomic absorption method of molybdenum concentrate for copper, lead iron, zinc, bismuth determination test, received satisfactory effect. In this paper, the determination of copper, lead, iron, zinc, bismuth in molybdenum concentrates, the determination of acidity, the interference of coexisting elements and their elimination were tested and discussed. A rapid method for the direct and continuous determination of these elements without any separation was developed , The experiment proved that the accuracy and precision can meet the molybdenum concentrate production and foreign trade inspection requirements.
