本文论述保健质量保证的某些新进展。传统的方法是以医学观点为其特色，质量明确是一种医疗属性。现代的方法是以产业的原则对医学质量以保证为其特色。产业原则为医学质量保证提供了一项新的理论基础。其指导原则是按照清楚易懂的期望塑造医疗护理的模式去影响（内或外）顾客的经验。
This article addresses some of the new advances in health care quality assurance. The traditional method is characterized by a medical point of view. Quality is a medical attribute. The modern method is based on the principle of industry to guarantee the quality of medicine. Industry principles provide a new theoretical basis for medical quality assurance. The guiding principle is to shape the model of medical care according to clear and easy-to-understand expectations to influence the experience of (internal or external) customers.
