以黑龙江省主栽品种克新1号为材料,进行盆栽比较试验,研究了分根交替干旱对马铃薯光合生理特性和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,分根交替干旱作为一种根系干旱信号刺激的处理手段并未给马铃薯植株造成胁迫,反而通过增强叶片净光合速率(PN)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗氧化保护酶活性提高植株的抗逆性,并在复水后仍能维持较高的活性。而干旱处理则对马铃薯植株造成胁迫,对植株的生长带来负面影响。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of alternating root-zone drought on photosynthetic characteristics and antioxidant enzyme activities in potatoes. The results showed that alternating root-divided drought as a root-mean-field drought signal processing method did not cause any stress on potato plants, but increased the net photosynthetic rate (PN), peroxidase (POD), catalase ) And superoxide dismutase (SOD) and other antioxidant protective enzyme activity to improve plant stress resistance, and still maintain a high activity after rehydration. However, drought treatment caused stress on potato plants and negatively affected plant growth.
