本文通过对长江源头典型试点流域———青海玉树县孟宗沟水土保持工程的研究,综合分析了流域内水土流失的原因及其防治措施。认为生物治理措施与工程治理措施并举,治沟与治坡相结合的综合治理措施对于控制长江源头水土流失具有明显的防护效益。它为长江上游水土流失提供了治理经验和科学依据,具有一定的推广价值。但由于人为破坏和管理重视不够,治理半途而废并遭破坏,提醒人们,防治水土流失,重在管理和提高重视程度。
Based on the research on the soil and water conservation project of Mengzonggou, a typical pilot basin in the source of the Yangtze River, Yushu County, Qinghai Province, this paper analyzes the causes and prevention measures of soil and water loss in the basin. It is considered that the combination of biological control measures and project governance measures and the integrated control measures of trench management and slope governance have significant protective benefits for controlling the source of soil and water loss in the Yangtze River. It provides governance experience and scientific basis for soil erosion in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and has certain promotional value. However, due to man-made damage and inadequate attention to management, governance has been abandoned and destroyed, to remind people to control soil erosion, focusing on management and increase the degree of attention.
