应用 DEAE 葡聚糖凝胶 A—50对蝮蛇蛇毒进行柱层析分离得到十三个蛋白峰,其有效组份为凝血酶样酶(精氨酸酯)分布在6、7、8峰,并对该组酶的活性进行初步探讨。
The DEAE Sephadex A-50 was applied to the column chromatographic separation of avenida venom to obtain 13 protein peaks. The effective components were thrombin-like enzymes (arginine esters) distributed at 6, 7 and 8 peaks. The activity of this group of enzymes was initially discussed.
