低血糖脑病是指血中葡萄糖浓度低于正常时引起的以中枢神经系统功能障碍为突出表现的综合征。老年人常无先兆即进人昏迷、或表现为失语、偏瘫、精神异常等,易被误诊为脑卒中及原发病的意识障碍而延误治疗,危及生命。1998年2月~2002年2月,我院共收治此类患者26例,现报告如下。 临床资料:本组26例,男15例,女11例;年龄61~83岁,平均64岁。伴糖尿病16例(12例常年口服降糖药,4例皮下注射胰岛素),大量饮酒史3例,时间超过20年,肝癌2例,慢性肾功能不全5例。临床特点:本组均以急性脑血管病就诊,有不同程度的神经系统定位体征,其中浅昏迷14例,中度昏迷10例,一侧肢体中枢性偏瘫20例,四肢瘫痪4例,癫痫
Hypoglycemic encephalopathy refers to the syndrome of central nervous system dysfunction as a prominent manifestation caused by a blood glucose concentration lower than normal. The elderly often without aura that into the coma, or manifested as aphasia, hemiplegia, mental disorders, easily misdiagnosed as stroke and the original disease of consciousness delayed treatment, life-threatening.
