:
目的 观察灯盏乙素(Scu)对β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-42)诱导的SH-SY5Y细胞模型中N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体亚型1(NMDAR1)的影响.方法 将神经母细胞瘤(SH-SY5Y)细胞分为对照组、Aβ寡聚体处理组、Scu处理组和Scu+Aβ寡聚体处理组,采用蛋白印迹法检测各组细胞中NMDAR1的蛋白表达情况,实时荧光定量PCR检测NMDAR1 mRNA表达水平,荧光探针法测定各组细胞氧自由基(ROS)的水平,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定各组细胞超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活力.结果 与对照组比较,Scu处理组
