本研究对骨结合式牙根种植体在血管化和非血管化骨移植中与骨结合过程进行了组织形态学观察和界面结合强度测试。结果表明:种植体在血管化骨移植中与骨的结合和与正常骨的结合相同。非血管化骨移植尽管发生“爬行替代”,但种植体仍能在种植后60天起,随着死骨的吸收,同长入的新骨产生有效的骨结合。种植后30天和60天,血管化骨移植的种植体—骨结合强度比非血管化骨移植的高,但到种植后90天和180天,两者强度相等,提示临床用非血管化骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的同时,可植入种植体以行功能性整复,但在进行上部结构修复的时间上,要比血管化骨移植适当延长。
In this study, the histomorphometry and interfacial binding strength of bone-associated dental implants in the process of bone union with vascularized and non-vascularized bone grafts were studied.
