我们在1978年8～9月在衡阳铁路地区对3,000人进行了锡克氏试验,借以鉴别人群中对白喉的感受力和抵抗力,现将结果报告如下: 材料和方法 1.对象:衡阳地区部分学龄前儿童、中小学生和成人。 2.试验液:锡克氏试验毒素系武汉生物制品所出品,批号782—1,失效期为1979年5月。 3.操作方法:将锡克氏试验液,取0.1毫升注射于被试者右前臂内侧皮内;同时取对照液0.1毫升注射在另一臂。于24小时及96小时内分别观察反应结果。 4.锡克氏试验反应判断标准: 阴性反应:两臂均无任何反应,只有沉着。
We conducted a Sick’s test of 3,000 people in Hengyang Railway from August to September 1978 to identify the susceptibility and resistance to diphtheria in the population. The results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods 1. Subjects: Hengyang Some preschoolers, schoolchildren and adults. 2. Test solution: Sick’s test toxin produced by Wuhan biological products, batch number 782-1, expiration date in May 1979. 3. Method of operation: The SICK’s test solution, 0.1 ml injection of the subjects in the right forearm medial skin; the same time take 0.1 ml control solution injected in the other arm. The reaction results were observed within 24 hours and 96 hours respectively. 4. Skeletal test response to determine the standard: negative reaction: both arms without any reaction, only calm.
