报告成人髓母细胞瘤11例,占同期髓母细胞瘤的12.6％。结合文献对比就其发病情况、诊断和治疗进行分析讨论。认为手术在不损伤脑干和重要颅神经、血管的前提下力求全切或次全切除肿瘤和术后早期足量的放疗技术是提高患者生存质量和生存率的重要措施。
Report 11 cases of adult medulloblastoma, accounting for 12.6% of the same period of medulloblastoma. Combined with the literature on the incidence, diagnosis and treatment analysis and discussion. It is an important measure to improve the patients’ quality of life and survival rate that the operation does not damage the brain stem and important cranial nerves and blood vessels under the premise of seeking complete or subtotal resection of tumor and adequate early postoperative radiotherapy.
