近年来,对小鼠研究的结果证实骨髓基质细胞对于造血干细胞的增殖和分化有重要作用。骨髓基质细胞主要包括纤维母细胞、内皮细胞、脂肪细胞和网状细胞。由骨髓培养生长的纤维母细胞可反映基质细胞的一个结构成分。因此利用体外培养,观察骨髓中纤维母细胞集落形成细胞(F—CFU)生长特点,研究它与各种造血细胞之间的关系,从而探讨造血生理及某些血液病的发病机理是目前实验血液学的重要进展之一。随着这一工作的深入进展,有关人类骨髓F—CFU体外培养的研究也积累了许多资料,本文就其培养方法,F—CFU的生长特点,对造血的调节及在某些疾病中研究的近况作一综述。
